Our Victory...

Brothers Union registered its first victory in the Citycell 2nd B. League football championship defeating Khulna Abahani Krira Chakra 3-1 at Khulna Stadium on Monday.

Brothers Union, which drew 1-1 against Chitagong Mohammedan in its first match, had a slender 1-0 lead in the fist half after its overseas recruit Divine scored from a spot kick on 17 minutes.

Both sides then failed to produce further goal in the remainder of the first session. Though the both sides failed to make any meaningful onslaught, however, they got some chances to score but their forwards made mess of everything, showing inept functioning in the front line.
